Hi, I’m Sheldon D’Eith, creator of “Crash! Boom! Pow!” Learning to Play Drums. A gamified guide to unlocking your Super Drummer; the book I wish I had when I started learning the drums!
I have been fascinated by the drums from as early as I can remember. As a child I would set up pots and pans on the kitchen floor and smash wooden spoons in search of new sounds and rhythms. What I didn’t realize then was my curiosity and excitement for playing music was already part of my life’s purpose.
Through drumming I learned to communicate without words, express myself with sound, and create music using the tools I have. It helped me build confidence, blow off steam, and inspired me to pursue my dreams. This book will help you do just that!
Being a musician has allowed me to keep that joyful purpose I had as a child and bring it into my daily life. It is my mission to inspire people to keep the spirit of play alive as they explore their passion for music.
